Kaylin Boswell founded Boswell Organizational Health after years of seeing the same pattern repeated across industries: talented employees burning out, disengaging, and leaving organizations where the underlying systems were no longer supporting performance.

Her background as a Licensed Professional Counselor, combined with organizational development training and certification in the Fearless Organization Scan developed by Amy Edmondson, shaped an approach that looks beyond symptoms to uncover the behavioral and organizational dynamics driving workplace challenges.

Today, Boswell Organizational Health helps HR leaders diagnose the root causes of disengagement, turnover, and team dysfunction so organizations can make decisions based on evidence rather than assumptions.
